Whether you are gone for 1 week or 6 months, an empty home can spell disaster. With a home watch specialist visiting your property regularly, we can catch problems early on, saving you both time and money.

We communicate with you every step of the way. You will be notified by text or email when a specialist is en route to your property. We will update you from the property if any issues arise. We are available by phone, text, email, Facetime and WhatsApp. Once the home watch visit is completed you will receive a checklist detailing our visit. Photos will be submitted at the homeowner's request.
